This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — the «Policy») governs the collection, storage, use and protection of personal data of users (hereinafter — «Users») of the website https://chakora.com.ua (hereinafter — the «Website») operated by Chakora Eco Hotel (hereinafter — the «Company»).

The Policy is developed in compliance with the Law of Ukraine «On Personal Data Protection» No. 2297-VI dated 1 June 2010, the Law of Ukraine «On Information» No. 2657-XII dated 2 October 1992, and other applicable Ukrainian legislation.
